GRADUATION
Commencement will be held on June 11, 2020 at 7:00pm at Memorial Auditorium at 16th and J Streets.
• Seniors are to report to the staging area no later than 6:30pm at the Memorial Auditorium. Graduates are expected to conduct themselves in an appropriate and dignified manner.
• Please remind guests that Commencement begins at 7:00 pm sharp. Doors will open at approximately 6:00pm and close at 6:50pm. Doors will re-open once all seniors are seated.

• If you do not attend Graduation, you may pick up your diploma on Friday, June 12th, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

GRADUATION TICKETS
Admission will be by ticket only, one ticket per person. Only graduating seniors with a HJHS school ID may pick up tickets; parents/guardians cannot pick up tickets. Children 2 years of age and under do not need a ticket. If they need a seat they need a ticket.
• Each senior participating in graduation ceremonies will receive 6 tickets. Additional tickets will be available for purchase, you may purchase 10 extra tickets on June 10 & 11th at 9am (ticket booth to the left of the entrance of the large gym). Cost per ticket is $5. Once capacity is reached no further tickets will be sold.

PHOTOGRAPHS
Color photographs will be taken of the graduates as they cross the stage and receive their diplomas. Order envelopes will be available on June 10th during rehearsal.
