Parent/Family
Families
Parents are invited to actively participate in the many school volunteer opportunities at Hiram Johnson and there are many possible ways to become involved.
Parents may serve on school governance entities such as the School Site Council, provide support to a sports team, or chaperone a field trip.
English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC)
This committee of families advises the principal, staff, and School Site Council on the development of a site plan for English learners and submitting the plan to the School Site Council for consideration of inclusion in the School Plan for Student Achievement.
