Academics

The goal of Hiram Johnson High School is to equip our students with the necessary skills and knowledge to enter either career or college upon graduation. Students have the option of being a member of one of the five pathways that Hiram Johnson has to offer.
For students who are very clear about their career or college plan, they can choose to join one of the three California Partnership Academies embedded in each pathway.
Regardless of pathway option, all Hiram Johnson graduates are prepared and expected to be college and career ready
All SCUSD high schools offer a comprehensive selection of courses that fulfill the district’s graduation requirements.
